The Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department has officially announced the call for applications for the prestigious 37th State Film Awards 2025.
Filmmakers, producers, and authors are invited to submit their entries and vie for state recognition.
Interested producers can submit their entry forms along with all necessary documents and a soft copy of the film in a pen drive. Submissions must be sent via Registered Post, Speed Post, or parcel to the department’s office.
In addition to feature films, applications are also open for the Best Writing on Odia Cinema (Book/Monograph) category. Interested authors must submit the prescribed application form along with ten copies of their book or monograph.

Key Deadline: All entries, films, and publication copies must reach the department by October 31, 2026 (31.10.2026).
