The Government of Odisha assigned Prafulla Kumar Swain, OAS (SAG), Additional Secretary of the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell (CMGC), the additional charge of Director, Public Grievance and Secretary, CMGC , effective June 1, 2026.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department issued the office order on June 2 from Bhubaneswar under reference number 17196/Gen. Swain will continue to hold his existing assignments along with the new responsibility until further orders.
