Odisha Govt Transfers 18 OAS-A(JB) Officers Across Key Administrative Posts

The Revenue and Disaster Management Department of Odisha has issued a notification announcing the transfer and posting of 18 OAS-A(JB) officers to various administrative roles across the state.


The reshuffle, dated 23 September 2025, aims to strengthen governance and streamline service delivery in rural and revenue sectors.

According to the notification (Ref: PT3-RDM-GOEA-MISC-0071-2024-36569), several Deputy Collectors have been placed under the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water (PR & DW) Department for further posting as Block Development Officers (BDOs), while others have been reassigned as Tahasildars, District Sub-Registrars (DSRs), and Court Officers.
