Unregistered individuals have been requested not to crowd the centres or seek lodging without prior approval.

The administration has assured comprehensive arrangements for registered devotees, including secure lodging, temple darshan, Brundabati puja, Mahaprasad, health checkups, devotional programs, and sanitation facilities.
To ensure smooth execution, nodal and senior officers have been assigned supervisory roles. Volunteers and police personnel will assist in maintaining order and safety during temple visits.
Additional District Magistrates Sarat Chandra Behera and Nilamadhab Bhoi, Deputy Collector Priyadarshini Mallik, Information Officer Santosh Kumar Sethi, and Culture Officer Hemanta Behera were present at the briefing. DIO Biswanath Panda and Additional DIO Durga Prasad Jena have been tasked with managing the online registration process.
