Bhubaneswar: Former Chairperson of Odisha State Commission For Women Jyoti Panigrahi resigned from primary membership of the Biju Janata Dal and all positions in the party ahead of the general elections.
She tendered her resignation to the BJD President Naveen Patnaik with a ‘heavy and saddened heart’ ending her association with the party for around 30 years.
