A tragic accident unfolded in Nepal’s Dang district as a bus carrying 25 Indian tourists met with disaster due to a suspected brake failure.
The incident left all passengers injured, with three reported to be in critical condition.
Authorities responded swiftly to the emergency, transferring 19 injured individuals to a community health centre in Tulsipur, Uttar Pradesh, while the critically injured were admitted to a Nepalese hospital. The affected tourists hail from various districts in Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow, Sitapur, Hardoi, and Barabanki.
Local police stated that initial reports suggest mechanical failure as the primary cause of the crash. Rescue operations were conducted immediately, ensuring timely medical assistance for the injured passengers.
