Cuttack: A 13-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by two youths in Banahara area under Salipur Police Station (PS) limits in the district.
The matter came to light after the victim’s mother lodged a complaint at the police station in this regard.
According to the reports, the incident occurred when the minor girl was alone at her home. Meanwhile, the miscreants entered into the house, tied the hands of the girl, and outraged her modesty.
Based on the plaint, police have registered a case and detained the accused persons for interrogation.
