Keonjhar: The body of a youth was recovered from a nullah in Pandapada locality of Keonjhar district. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
According to reports, the matter came to the fore after some locals spotted the body floating in a nullah in Dharabeda village under Pandapada police limits and informed the police about the same.
On being informed, Police along with the fire officials reached the spot and recovered the body for post-mortem.
Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that someone might have murdered the victim and later dumped the body in the nullah.
Further investigation is underway in this regard.
