Power couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma created a stir online after attending Novak Djokovic’s Round of 16 match at Wimbledon 2025.

The duo was spotted in the stands at Centre Court, cheering as the Serbian legend defeated Australia’s Alex de Minaur in four sets: 1-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4.

The photos of Kohli and Anushka quickly went viral across social media platforms, with fans recalling a similar appearance the couple made at Wimbledon a few years ago. Kohli, visibly impressed by Djokovic’s comeback performance, reportedly referred to the Serb as a “gladiator.”

The match was a significant one for Djokovic, marking his 16th Wimbledon quarter-final appearance and 101st win at the grass-court major — second only to Roger Federer’s 105. Federer was also present at the venue, watching from the Royal Box.

“Sometimes, I wish I had a serve and volley like the gentleman standing there,” Djokovic quipped, pointing at Federer with a smile.

The match saw Djokovic fight back from a poor start, adjusting to windy conditions and a fast-paced opponent. De Minaur had led 4-1 in the fourth set before Djokovic flipped the momentum, displaying his trademark resilience and tactical brilliance.

Next up, Djokovic faces Italy’s Flavio Cobolli, a first-time Wimbledon quarter-finalist, as the Serbian chases his 25th Grand Slam title and eighth Wimbledon trophy, aiming to match Federer’s record.

Meanwhile, speculation continues about Kohli and Anushka possibly relocating to the UK for their children’s upbringing, though no official confirmation has been made.
