Severance Package Details
Affected employees in India have reportedly been offered a compensation package that includes:
- 15 days’ salary for each year of service
- One-month notice period pay
- Leave encashment and gratuity (as applicable)
- Additional two-month salary as a top-up
However, reports suggest that these benefits are applicable only to employees who opt for voluntary separation.
