Bhapur: Fatehgarh police in Nayagarh have arrested two youths for possessing brown sugar on Tuesday. They have been forwarded to the court.
The police nabbed the youths while they were caught at Manipur Chhak during a vehicle inspection. The arrested youths are identified as Kalu Charan Bhuyan(27) and Nanda Kishore Sahu(21).
They belong to Kendubadi village(Ganjam )and Kochila kana village (Khurda) districts respectively.
Locals alleged that the region has become a paradise for the brown sugar addicts. One can find brown sugar in rural areas and the drug peddlers are roaming freely in the open market.
