Bhubaneswar: The School & Mass Education Department announced the implementation of a house system in all government and government-aided schools across the state.

As part of this initiative, students were seen wearing vibrant coloured uniforms representing their respective houses.

The arrival of the first consignment of red, yellow, green, and blue house shirts, accompanied by blue track pants, marks a significant step towards the successful launch of the house system.

This innovative approach aims to promote collaboration, teamwork, and healthy competition among students, fostering a holistic educational experience.

The S&ME Department said it remains committed to ensuring a smooth rollout and effective execution of this programme, which underscores its dedication to the overall development of students reading in state-run public schools of the state.
