Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are currently the talk of the town as the duo are set to exchange wedding vows on 23rd June.
And the actress could be seen spending time with Iqbal and his family ahead of the big day. The picture was shared by Sinha’s sister-in-law Sanam Ratansi on her Instagram story, who’s a celebrity stylist.
But a user on Reddit observed how the actress’ mother Poonam Sinha and brother Luv Sinha have unfollowed her on Instagram. The user wrote- “Just noticed that Poonam Sinha only follows six people on Instagram including her husband Shatrughan Sinha, Luv Sinha and Kussh Sinha. Strange! Why would she not follow her daughter?”
It added, “Luv also doesn’t seem to follow his sister on Instagram. Interestingly, Sonakshi also doesn’t follow her mother and Luv on Insta. She only follows Shatrughan and Kussh. This feels very strange, considering Sona has been a pampered kid in her family.”
Sonakshi’s brother Luv Sinha’s statement to ETimes has now gone viral. While talking about his sister’s wedding, Luv was quoted saying, “I’m out of Mumbai at the moment, and if it’s regarding the news published, I have no comment or involvement in the matter.”
And contrary to reports of her father Shatrughan Sinha being upset with his daughter and not attending the wedding, he’s going to grace the ceremony as per a statement by the actress’ uncle and filmmaker Pahlaj Nihalani.
Speaking to Times Now, the filmmaker said, “Ha, but he can’t remain upset for long, not with Sonakshi. She is his laadli. Shaadi nahin attend karne ka koi sawaal hi nahi paida hota.”
