An elderly servitor sustained injuries during a clash between two ‘Mukhapakhal’ servitors near Beharan Dwar inside Puri Srimandir on Monday.
According to sources, a fight broke out between two servitors near the Beharan Dwar over the distribution of ‘paduka’ following which a senior servitor sustained injuries and the matter landed at Singhdwar police station.
However, the servitors again entered into a tussle at the police station.
The Singhdwar police station has started an investigation into the matter.
