SBI confirmed that qualified candidates will proceed to the Mains exam scheduled for November 17, 2025. The Mains will test applicants across four sections: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability with Computer Aptitude. The exam carries 200 marks and lasts 2 hours and 40 minutes. A local language proficiency test worth 20 marks will follow.
Candidates must carry essential documents to the exam center, including the authenticated Prelims call letter, ID proof, Mains call letter, and two passport-size photographs. Officials will collect these documents during the exam process. Failure to present any of them will result in disqualification.
SBI will release Mains call letters approximately 10 days before the exam. Aspirants are advised to begin focused preparation and review the updated syllabus and exam pattern. The Clerk Mains exam plays a crucial role in final selection, making this phase critical for all candidates.
