Superstar Salman Khan made a stylish appearance at the Red Sea Film Festival on Wednesday, attending the prestigious Golden Globes gala dinner and sharing frame space with Hollywood heavyweights Idris Elba and Edgar Ramírez.
The images, released by the festival’s official Instagram handle, have since sent social media into a frenzy.
Salman, one of the biggest Bollywood names at the festival this year, opted for a classic all-black suit paired with a matching shirt and tie. In one widely shared image, he is seen positioned between Ramírez—dressed in a black velvet jacket—and Elba, who sported a black double-breasted jacket over a white T-shirt.
Fans Say ‘Bhai Is Ageing Backwards’
The actor’s sharp look drew instant praise online as fans flooded social media platforms with admiration.

“Bhai is ageing backwards, man,” wrote one user.

“Looking like he did in the 2000s,” commented another.
-
A viral tweet even read, “Salman Khan x Idris Elba wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card.”
One admirer described the trio’s picture as “a powerhouse frame with global icons, elegance, talent & charisma in one shot.”
Salman on the Red Carpet: ‘I Love It Here’
In a video from the red carpet that surfaced online, Salman shared his fondness for Saudi Arabia and the festival’s cultural inclusivity.
“I love it here. I like Saudi… I keep visiting quite a bit nowadays,” he said, praising the region’s rapid growth and cultural openness.
He also congratulated Alia Bhatt for being honoured at the festival:
“Yes, Alia Bhatt—it’s amazing! I think only Saudi could’ve done this. They’re going places rapidly. They bring their best and our culture together.”
What’s Next for Salman Khan
Salman was last seen in Sikandar, which underperformed at the box office, followed by a cameo in Aryan Khan’s debut web show The Ba**ds of Bollywood*. He also returned as host for Bigg Boss 19.
Up next, he stars in Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film revisits the deadly 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops—an encounter marked by brutal hand-to-hand combat rather than firearms. The film also features Chitrangda Singh in a prominent role.
