The Shree Jagannath Temple administration has released the official schedule for tomorrow’s Rath Yatra in Puri. According to the ritual calendar, the chariot‑pulling will commence at 4 PM after completion of the Chhera Pahanra ceremony.
The day’s proceedings will begin with Rath Pratishtha at 9 AM, followed by Pahandi rituals from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The ceremonial sweeping of the chariots, known as Chhera Pahanra, will take place between 2 PM and 3 PM. Immediately after, the grand pulling of the three chariots will start at 4 PM, marking the highlight of the festival.
The temple administration has urged devotees to follow the schedule and cooperate with authorities to ensure smooth conduct of the rituals. With lakhs of devotees expected to throng Puri, security and crowd management arrangements have been intensified.
