The Pakistan Army on Tuesday officially acknowledged that 11 of its personnel were killed and 78 others wounded during last week’s military conflict with India following the Pahalgam terror attack.

According to a statement cited by AFP, the casualties include members of both the Pakistan Army and Air Force. The intense four-day escalation erupted after India launched retaliatory strikes targeting terror infrastructure in Pakistan.

One of the Indian strikes reportedly hit a structure in Muridke near Lahore, causing visible structural damage, as seen in images released by news agencies.
