Khurda: In yet another hit-and-run case, a person was killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle near Badapokharia Chowk in Khurda district today.
As per reports, the incident took place while the person was returning back to his home on his motorcycle when a speeding vehicle hit him. Reportedly, the vehicle causing the mishap sped away killing him on the spot.
On receiving information, police reached the spot and recovered the body for post-mortem. Further investigation is underway in this regard, sources said.
