Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Anu Garg, reviewed the expenditure plan of the Department of Water Resources during a meeting with senior officers today in Bhubaneswar.
During the meeting, she emphasised the need for faster clearance of pending approvals, the expedited tender process, and the accelerated execution of ongoing projects.
Garg also encouraged officers and Jal Prabharis to conduct field visits to monitor progress and engage directly with communities.
Additionally, she highlighted the importance of regularly reviewing priority projects, such as the Kanupur, Brutang, Ong, and Bhimkund projects.
