The School & Mass Education Department of Odisha announced that grievance hearings will take place every Monday at 10:30 AM in the Department Conference Hall.
Commissioner-cum-Secretary will personally conduct the hearings to address issues raised by the public. In addition, grievance hearings will be organised simultaneously at all Directorates to ensure timely and effective redressal.
The initiative aims to strengthen accountability, improve responsiveness, and provide citizens with a structured platform to resolve concerns related to education services across the state.
The Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School & Mass Education Department will conduct grievance hearings every Monday from 10:30 AM at the Department Conference Hall.
Public grievance hearings will also be held every Monday at all Directorates to ensure timely and effective redressal.
