Odisha police have arrested three suspected members of a notorious robbery gang from Navi Mumbai.

The individuals—Arif Ansari, Sahaban Saha, and Sheikh Mustafa—were apprehended during a routine vehicle inspection in Kandhamal.

Authorities discovered two firearms and additional weapons in their possession. A search operation revealed potential plans for a robbery in the area.

Bijaya Kumar Bisi, the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of G Udaygiri, stated that investigations are underway to trace two more gang members who remain at large. There are suspicions that a youth from Odisha may be connected to the gang’s activities.

Police officials have intensified their search efforts and have urged the public to report any suspicious activities.
