The event served as a lively hub for families, tourism enthusiasts, students, travellers, and art lovers, fostering a profound emotional bond between Odisha and Karnataka. It also provided a platform for Odisha’s artisans, weavers, and entrepreneurs to showcase their skills, gain market visibility, and network with buyers, travel influencers, and cultural leaders from Bengaluru. Exhibitors reported excellent feedback, underscoring the city’s growing interest in Odisha’s craftsmanship and tourism offerings.

On the final day, a special session featured one-on-one discussions between Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Tourism Department, Shri Balwant Singh, and potential investors from sectors including lodges and resorts, pharma, real estate, hotels, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs). The meeting spotlighted emerging opportunities within Odisha’s expansive tourism ecosystem and explored pathways for future collaborations and investments.

This was followed by the Odisha Tourism Roadshow, which brought together leading tour operators, travel trade professionals, travel associations, and hospitality partners from Karnataka. The session showcased Odisha’s latest tourism initiatives, potential destinations, enhanced connectivity, and key infrastructure developments. Presentations by senior officials and industry experts were complemented by an engaging open forum with local stakeholders, strengthening partnerships and opening new avenues for tourism growth between Odisha and Karnataka. The roadshow created a meaningful bridge between Odisha’s tourism sector and Bengaluru’s vibrant travel ecosystem, paving the way for collaborations, partnerships, and route development.

The event generated promising leads and reinforced Odisha’s position as one of India’s most exciting and rapidly growing tourism destinations. Odisha Parba 2025 not only strengthened Odisha’s presence in South India but also concluded with lasting memories of celebrating culture, creativity, and community. The enthusiastic response from Bengaluru marks another milestone in Odisha’s ongoing efforts to expand its cultural and tourism footprint across the country.
