Odisha Govt Transfers 12 OAS Officers

Odisha Govt Transfers 12 OAS Officers

In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of Odisha has issued a notification transferring and posting several Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers to new positions within the Revenue and Disaster Management Department.


The notification details the transfers of 12 officers, primarily involving roles such as Deputy Collectors, Collectors, and Officers on Special Duty (OSD).

Key highlights from the transfers include:

  • Lipina Dash, previously Ex-BDO in Aska, Ganjam, has been posted as Deputy Collector in the O/o the District Collector, Malkangiri.
  • Sovan Sritam Panda, formerly Ex-BDO in Rajnagar, Kendrapara, is now Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Nawarangpur.
  • Biswaranjan Biswas from Tahasildar, Malkangiri, moves to Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Malkangiri.
  • Bidyadhar Dandapat, Tahasildar in Morada, Mayurbhanj, is transferred to Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Mayurbhanj.
  • Sashibhusan Mishra from Tahasildar, Brahmagiri, Puri, becomes Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Puri.
  • Chinmaya Das, Tahasildar in Kaniha, Angul, is posted as Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Angul.
  • Ritu Singh from Tahasildar, Raighar, Nawarangpur, will join the PR&DW Department for posting as BDO in Raighar, Nawarangpur.
  • Zyotsna Ranny Patraw, currently posted as Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Nayagarh (vide Department notification No. 46389 dated 10.12.2025), is allowed to continue as OSD in the PR & DW Department.
  • Sarita Oram, Deputy Collector in the O/o Sub Collector, Kuchinda, is transferred to Tahasildar in Kuchinda, Sambalpur.
  • Sudipta Kumar Naik, posted as Tahasildar in Kuchinda, Sambalpur (vide Department notification No. 46389 dated 10.12.2025), is allowed to continue as OSD in the Sports, Sundargarh Department.
  • Sidharth Patnaik from Under Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, is placed with the PR&DW Department for posting as BDO in Khordha.
  • Sajat Markey, Tahasildar in Champua, Keonjhar, becomes Deputy Collector in the Collectorate, Keonjhar.

These changes are expected to bolster administrative capabilities in key areas such as revenue collection, disaster response, and rural development.
