The Odisha Government’s Home Department has issued a notification posting five young OPS Group A (Junior Branch) officers as Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs) across the state.
The officers, who have just completed their basic training course, are now ready to take on field responsibilities in key police subdivisions.
According to the official order, the following probationers have been assigned:
- Ms. Shrusty Pradhan – SDPO, Nayagarh
- Dibya Ranjan Nath – SDPO, Jagatsinghpur
- Sourav Ranjan Pradhan – SDPO, Aska
- Samarth Kumar Behera – SDPO, Basta
- Pankaja Kumar Majhi – SDPO, Khordha
These young officers will now lead law enforcement efforts at the sub-divisional level, handling critical responsibilities related to crime prevention, public order, and community policing.
