The General Administration & Public Grievance Department of the Government of Odisha has issued a formal notification announcing the transfer of two senior officers in a strategic reshuffle.
As per Notification No. GAD-SER2-TP-0023-2025-32385/SCS:
- Smt. Siona Mishra, OAS (SAG), who was serving as Secretary, Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Excise, Odisha, Cuttack.
- Sri Saroj Kumar Behera, OAS (S), currently Joint Secretary to Government in the ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department, has been appointed as Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack. His posting is on foreign service terms and conditions, as per Notification No. 32386/SCS.
