Bhubaneswar: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will be filing a petition before the court on Thursday to take infamous lady blackmailer Archana Nag on remand for more interrogation in the money laundering case.
After being questioned for more than 8 hours by the ED on Tuesday, film producer Akshay Parija appeared before the investigating agency for the second time today.
Also, after being repeatedly summoned by ED, Shradhanjali Behera, the main associate of Lady Blackmailer Archana, also appeared in the ED office on Wednesday. After a marathon interrogation by ED officials, Shradhanjali broke down in tears and got all weepy.
On the other hand, the remand period of Archana’s main business associate Khageshwar ended on Wednesday and he will be produced in the court on Thursday. Before this, the investigators simultaneously grilled Shradhanjali, Archana and Akshay.
Although both Shradhanjali and Akshay were present at the ED office from 10 am, they were interrogated till late evening. According to the information received from ED sources, Shradhanjali could be detained if necessary.
