Jaleswar: The blood-soaked body of a woman was recovered from her house at Sarsida village under Jaleswar police station limits in Balasore district.
According to reports, Aditya Das of Sarsida village returned home yesterday evening and found his wife Harpriya lying in a pool of blood. He then rushed her to Jaleswar Hospital where the doctors declared her ‘brought dead’.
Das has alleged that miscreants murdered his wife and looted ornaments worth lakhs from the house when she was alone at home.
On intimation, the Jaleswar police reached the spot, sent the body for post-mortem, and launched an investigation into the incident.
