The registration window for the Subhadra Yojana, Odisha’s flagship financial assistance scheme for women, officially closes today, April 30, 2026.
Women who missed earlier phases are urged to complete their fresh applications before the deadline to secure benefits for the upcoming fiscal year.
Essential Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful application, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Age Limit: Women must be between 21 and 60 years old (as of April 1, 2026).
- New Applicants Only: This drive is exclusively for those who have never applied before. The system will not accept duplicate registrations from previous phases.
- Documentation: Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to your active bank account for seamless DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
Financial Benefits of the Scheme
The Subhadra Yojana aims to foster economic independence among women in Odisha. Eligible beneficiaries will receive:
- Annual Assistance: A total of ₹10,000 per year.
- Disbursement Schedule: The amount will be paid in two equal installments of ₹5,000 each.
- Duration: Benefits will continue starting from the 2026–27 financial year through the end of the scheme’s tenure.
How to Apply Before the Deadline
Applicants have multiple channels to submit their forms before the day ends:
- Online Portal: Submit through the official Subhadra Portal via Common Service Centres (CSC) or Ama Seva Kendras (ASK).
- Offline Forms: Physical application forms are available free of cost at all Anganwadi Centres (AWC) and CDPO offices.
- Submission: Completed forms must be uploaded or submitted to the designated centers before close of business today.
The Odisha government has reiterated that this is the final opportunity for fresh registrations in this phase. Eligible women are encouraged to act immediately to avoid the last-minute rush and potential technical delays.
