On the professional front, Kartik is set to appear in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, co-starring Ananya Panday, scheduled for release on December 25, 2025. Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the film follows two individuals whose lives intertwine in unexpected ways, blurring the lines between destiny and free will. Kartik is also collaborating with Anurag Basu on a new romantic-musical drama, currently titled Tu Meri Zindagi Hai, marking the Hindi film debut of Sreeleela. Production delays have pushed the release from Diwali 2025 to early 2026.
Additionally, Kartik will star in Naagzilla, a dramatic departure from his usual roles. In the film, he portrays Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand, a shape-shifting serpent. Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films, the film is slated for release on 14 August 2026.
