The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced that the results for the CA Intermediate, Final, and Foundation exams held in May 2025 will be declared on Saturday, July 6, 2025.

In a bid to streamline result access and prevent website overload, ICAI has opted for staggered result timings. Results for the CA Inter and Final exams will be released by 2:00 PM, while CA Foundation results will go live around 5:00 PM the same day.
Candidates are advised to keep their registration and roll numbers ready to swiftly access their scorecards. They will also need to input a PIN and a captcha on the results portal.
Qualification Criteria
To qualify for the CA Foundation exam, aspirants must score a minimum of 40 marks in each subject and secure at least 50% overall. Candidates achieving 70% or above in aggregate will be honoured with a “Pass with Distinction” status.
Past Performance Snapshot
In the previous January 2025 session, over 1.1 lakh candidates appeared for the CA Foundation exam, with a pass percentage of 21.52%.
Exam Recap
The May 2025 CA Foundation exam was conducted across four days—May 15, 17, 19, and 21—with Papers I and II held from 2 to 5 PM and Papers III and IV from 2 to 4 PM. Advance reading time was provided for all but the latter two papers.
