The Government of Odisha has announced a significant reshuffle in the state’s Tourism Administration.
Effective immediately, 2010-batch IAS officer Ms. Mansi Nimbhal has been appointed as the new Director of Tourism upon her return from study leave.
In addition to her new role, she will serve as the Managing Director of the Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC).
In a parallel move, Director of Tourism, Samarth Verma, IAS (RR-2011), will also take on the additional responsibilities of Managing Director of OTDC, Managing Director of Odisha Film Development Corporation (OFDC), and Director of Technical Education & Training, Odisha.
This reshuffle aims to bring fresh perspectives and dynamism to Odisha’s tourism and related sectors.
