Sundargarh: Two persons were brutally murdered in Kashipada village under Kutra police station in Sundargarh district, on Sunday night.
The deceased have been identified as Pratap Lakra (26) and Lipsha Kerketa (24), belonging to Rumabahal, and Kashipada villages of Tunmura Panchayat, respectively and the accused has been identified as Raju Nag from Jaurumal village of Rajgangpur.
According to reports, the accused Raju Nag, brutally stabbed Pratap and Lipsha to death with a knife. The murder is suspected to have been motivated by a love triangle. After the crime, the accused has been absconding.
On intimation, the Kutra police reached the spot and initiated a probe into the matter. A manhunt has been launched to catch the murderer.
