The Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Police Commissionerate has issued orders for transfers at the Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) level, focusing on improving public service delivery.
According to the notification, several inspectors have received new postings under Bhubaneswar UPD.
Inspector Sushree Sarmistha Suna has been transferred from CP Headquarters to Sree Lingaraj Police Station as Additional IIC.
Inspector Jyoti Ranjan Parida has been posted to the Cyber Crime & EO Police Station.
Inspector Dibyasmita Baliarsingh moves from CP HQ to Badagada Police Station as Additional IIC.
Inspector Prasanna Kumar Jena at CP HQ has been posted as In-Charge, Balakati Out Post, Balianta Police Station.
In a related development, minor changes have been made to a previous transfer order affecting two station officers. The earlier transfer of Inspector Stalin Biswal from Jatni to Nayapalli Police Station has been cancelled, allowing him to remain at Jatni.
Consequently, Inspector Manas Kumar Sahoo, originally posted from Headquarters to Jatni, has now been directed to join Nayapalli Police Station instead.
A separate directive in notification number 1591 instructs all affected officers to report to their new assignments promptly.
These administrative changes are part of routine efforts to optimise operations and address operational needs within the Commissionerate.
