Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has ordered the suspension of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Biswa Ranjan Sahu, in charge of Choudwar Police Station, following a custodial death that has sparked public outrage.
The incident involves the death of Rasananda Nayak, detained in a vehicle theft case. Earlier, Sub-Inspector Niranjan Goda and Constable Kamal Lochan Majhi were also suspended for dereliction of duty.
