INGREDIENTS
- Hung Curd or Thick Yogurt – 1 cup
- Jaggery powder – ⅓ cup
- Cooking cream – ½ cup
- Condensed milk – 3 tablespoons
- Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
METHOD – HEALTHY BAKED YOGURT DESSERT
- In a bowl, combine the hung curd and jaggery. Beat well until all the jaggery has combined well with the hung curd or until the jaggery is melted
- Add the condensed milk and cooking cream. Beat well. Add the cardamom powder and continue beating.
- Once this mixture has come together transfer it in a bowl. Gently tap the bowl to even out the yogurt mixture in it
- Place this bowl in another vessel containing water up to ⅓rd part of the vessel (water bath method)
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 mins. The mixture should be wobbly (not liquid or too firm)
