Ahan Shetty is set to embrace a thrilling new challenge by stepping into the horror genre with his upcoming film 1920: Cold Winter.
After being spotted at filmmaker Vikram Bhatt’s office, there was speculation about their collaboration. It has now been officially confirmed that they are working on the next film in the iconic 1920 horror franchise.
While the plot and character details are being kept secret, the film will show the actor in a completely new avatar. Horror filmmaker Vikram Bhatt is working with Ahan for the first time.
According to sources, the film is expected to begin shooting toward the end of 2026.
This supernatural venture marks a pivotal turning point in Ahan’s career, riding high on the momentum of the tremendous response to Border 2.
The film will also feature Anya Singh as the female lead. This will be Ahan and Anya’s second film together after Border 2. With an experienced horror filmmaker directing and a fresh pairing in the lead, 1920: Cold Winter is already among the most awaited films in the horror genre.
