Bhubaneswar: Making another big announcement regarding the Odisha Matric Exam-2021, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash today announced that Class-X students will answer 80 marks of question for each subject during the examination.
The papers will comprise 50 marks of objective and 30 marks of subjective questions, while the evaluation will be done for 100 marks as the marks for the rest 20 will be awarded as per the marks obtained by a student for 80 marks of question.
As per the latest information, the annual Matriculation examination will be held on May 3. The exam will conclude on May 15.
Earlier, the State government had announced to reopen schools for Class 10, 12 students from January 8.
The classes for Class 10 and 12 students will start from January 8 and will be conducted for a period of 100 days till April 28, 2021.
The practical examinations for Class 10 students will be conducted between April 29 and May 2.
