A youth was dramatically rescued from the sea mouth near Paradip by Marine Police after being swept away by strong currents from the Mahanadi River.
According to reports, the youth drifted into the sea mouth under unclear circumstances. Acting swiftly, Marine Police deployed a boat and life buoy to pull him to safety.
The rescued youth was immediately shifted to Atharabanki hospital, where doctors confirmed his condition is stable.
