Senior Congress MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati has leveled serious allegations against the police in the Assembly Chaos.

On Tuesday night, while he was at the Vidhan Sabha premises, police reportedly forcibly removed individuals and allegedly took away his gold chain.

Bahinipati stated that around 30 to 40 police personnel, led by the Vidhan Sabha security officer, engaged in physical altercations, forcibly dragging people out. He claimed that his gold chain was snatched during the chaos, and he was shoved into a vehicle, which later left him on the roadside.

Expressing his distress, Bahinipati described the incident as unconstitutional and undemocratic. Senior Congress leader Jayadev Jena has assured that the matter will be reported to the police station promptly.
