A serious road accident occurred in Sambalpur when an AM bus collided with a scooter on the PC Bridge in Burla.
The scooter rider sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Burla Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
Eyewitnesses reported that the bus struck the scooter while crossing the bridge, throwing the rider onto the road. Locals immediately gathered at the spot and helped shift the injured person to the hospital.
Police reached the accident site and began investigating the circumstances of the collision. Authorities are examining whether speeding or negligence caused the crash.
