E-commerce platform Meesho has announced the resignation of Megha Agarwal, its Chief Experience Officer (Business), according to regulatory filings dated January 7.
The company has not disclosed the reason for her departure and stated that further details will be shared at an appropriate time, in line with standard corporate practices.
Meesho also did not confirm whether a successor has been appointed to the role.
Megha Agarwal’s Journey at Meesho
Megha Agarwal had been associated with Meesho for over six years, having joined the company in September 2019. During her tenure, she held several senior leadership roles across growth, strategy, and business operations.

Educational and Professional Background
Agarwal holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering (Power) from IIT Delhi and a Master’s degree in Management from INSEAD. Prior to joining Meesho, she worked with A.T. Kearney Consulting (India) and Nomura Financial Advisory & Securities (India).
Compensation Details
According to company disclosures, Megha Agarwal received an aggregate compensation of ₹2.29 crore in FY25, which included an annual variable pay of ₹9.4 lakh related to FY24 and paid out in FY25.
Resignation Comes Post Meesho IPO
The leadership change comes shortly after Meesho’s initial public offering (IPO) in December 2025, one of the largest technology listings in India. The IPO was fully subscribed on the first day, with shares priced at ₹111, valuing the company at approximately $5.6 billion.
