On the occasion of World Wildlife Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaffirmed the central government’s commitment to protecting and preserving India’s rich biodiversity.


Taking to X, PM Modi shared a message highlighting the significance of wildlife conservation. “Today, on World Wildlife Day, let’s renew our pledge to safeguard the incredible biodiversity of our planet. Every species plays a vital role—let’s ensure their survival for generations to come!”

He further expressed pride in India’s ongoing efforts to preserve and protect its wildlife.
