The 97th Academy Awards were held on March 3 EST (March 4 IST) at Los Angeles, Hollywood, California.
Adrien Brody and Mikey Madison took home the coveted honours of Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively. Sean Baker’s Anora was also crowned Best Film of the night.
The nominations for the Oscars 2025 included the likes of films like Emilia Perez, the Brutalist, Anora, and others. The night started with Robert Downey Jr presenting the award for Best Supporting Actor.
