Dhenkanal: A huva truck rammed into another near Jadapal village under Kamakhyanagar police limits in Dhenkanal district leading to the death of a driver.
Reportedly, the ash-laden Hyva truck was on its way from BRG Iron & Steel Plant at Kantabania to the road expansion site on National Highway 53 in Kamakhyanagar when it rammed into another stationary Hyva truck.
The rear-ended Hyva truck caught fire immediately. A truck driver got trapped and was charred to death.
Firefighters rushed to the spot and doused the blaze. Later, Kamakhyanagar police reached the spot and started further investigation into the matter.
