Seoul: BTS member and K-Pop superstar J-Hope has announced new docuseries and album. The new album is titled as “Hope on the Street Vol. 1” and the docuseries is known as “Hope on the Street”.
This music album will be released in March along with a six-part docuseries, on J-Hope’s dance-centric origin story across global streets, that is also titled Hope on the Street, to stream exclusively on Prime Video from March 28.
The series will showcase the music artiste’s roots and identity and is reportedly going to dive into the theme of dance as it traces J-Hope’s dance journey. The docu-series will be about the K-pop star as he meets street dancers from across the world including cities like Osaka, Paris, New York, Seoul and Gwangju.
The 30-year-old music artiste’s sheer passion for dance while he is serving the military in his country, is showcased here.
Since this was announced there has been a major outpouring of love, not just from his fellow soldiers, but his loved ones and the fan army. The rapper-singer-dancer has not been on the social media since the time he was enlisted in the army of his country. In the month of April last year, he joined the military for his mandatory service.
Hope returned to social media on his birthday so that he could share the glimpses of his special day and the celebrations, and the heart-touching love shown with the banners on the roadside that were dedicated to him and his birthday. This is touted to be his first and also his last birthday celebration while in the military and he reportedly said that he did not feel lonely on his special day. He posted a picture with his colleagues in the army, posing with a small cake.
The album by BigHit Music and the new six-part docu-series on him and his dance journey will be released on Prime Video in March.
