The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has extended the deadline for online applications for its flagship modern residential project, Ekamra Residency, by one month.
As per the revised notification, interested buyers can now submit their applications online through the official BDA portal until Nov 30, 2026. Previously, the authorities had fixed Oct 31, 2026, as the final date for submitting forms.
Spread over 7.34 acres, Ekamra Residency is designed as a state-of-the-art residential complex providing modern amenities and infrastructure to urban homebuyers.
Officials indicated that the decision to extend the application window aims to accommodate a higher volume of applicants and provide ample time for citizens to complete their online registration and documentation processes smoothly.
