In a powerful show of commitment to the welfare of those who served the nation, the Ministry of Defence is organising the 198th Raksha Pension Samadhan Aayojan (RPSA) right here in Bhubaneswar.

The one-day grievance redressal camp will be held on Thursday, 10 July 2026, from 8:30 AM onwards at the Rail Sadan Auditorium, East Coast Railway Headquarters, Chandrasekharpur.

Organised by the Office of the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions), Prayagraj, under the aegis of Headquarters Chhattisgarh & Odisha Sub Area and Station Headquarters, Bhubaneswar, the camp is exclusively for defence pensioners and retired defence civilians living in Bhubaneswar and adjoining areas.

This initiative brings senior pension officials directly to the pensioners’ doorstep, offering on-the-spot resolution of long-pending pension, family pension, disability pension, and other related grievances — completely free of cost.

What pensioners need to bring:

Pensioners are requested to carry the following details for smooth and quick assistance:

  • Name, Rank/Group, Regimental/IC Number
  • PPO Number
  • Bank/Treasury details
  • Unit/Record Office/Head Office name and address
  • Date of discharge
  • Specific grievance
  • Complete address with PIN code, mobile number, and email ID

SPARSH pensioners are specially advised to carry the mobile phone registered with the SPARSH portal for seamless digital support.

The Raksha Pension Samadhan Aayojan has become a trusted platform for thousands of veterans across the country. By holding the 198th edition in Bhubaneswar, the Ministry of Defence is ensuring that no pensioner in Odisha has to travel long distances or wait endlessly for resolution of their issues.

Defence pensioners and their families from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Khordha, Puri, and nearby districts are encouraged to attend this important camp and avail the opportunity for immediate redressal.

This is more than just a camp — it is a gesture of gratitude and respect towards those who have dedicated their lives to the service of the nation.

Mark the date: 10 July 2026, 8:30 AM onwards at Rail Sadan Auditorium, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.
