New Delhi: Pregnancy can often cause a lot of weight gain and it is quite difficult to back in shape. However, doing certain yoga poses every day can help you lose weight after pregnancy and get in shape faster. Let’s take a look:
Tadasana
- Stand with your legs and hip wide apart.
- Feet should be completely pressed and parallel to each other.
- Inhale and raise your arms overhead and interlace your fingers.
- Exhale completely and relax.
- Pull your knee caps upRaise your heels and arms simultaneously upward.
- Flip your palms towards the skyline.
- Maintain the pose for some time (at least for 5 breaths) Return to the initial position.
- Repeat.
Trikonasana
- Move your feet 3 feet apart. Your right toe should face the right wall.
- Inhale and take your arms inline with your shoulders sideways.
- Exhale. Reach towards the right corner and then go down.
- Keep your chest open. Your arms should be in line with each other. Inhale deeply.
- Exhale while returning to the initial posture.
- Repeat the procedure towards the left side.
Marjaryasana
- Come on all fours Knees should be wide apart right under your hipline.
- Hands should be in line with your shoulder. Inhale while your spinal cord is neutral.
- And exhale while taking your pelvis in and raising your spinal cord up.
- Tuck your chin towards your chest.
- Tummy tucked in.
- Roll your pelvis out and drop your spinal cord down.
- Open your chest towards the front and take your chin towards the sky.
- Repeat as much as you can.
Gomukhasana
- Sit down and bend your knees in front of your chest.
- Bring your left heel right outside of your right hipline while your right heel is outside your left hipline.
- Stack your knees on one another.
- Inhale and lift your right arm up.
- Exhale and bend your elbow behind your back.
- Take your left arm too behind your back.
- Interlace your fingers.
- Repeat towards the opposite side.
