In response to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, US House Speaker Mike Johnson has reaffirmed America’s commitment to supporting India in its fight against terrorism.

Johnson stated that the Trump administration will provide necessary energy and resources to aid India’s efforts, further strengthening bilateral ties.

The attack in Jammu and Kashmir has escalated tensions between India and Pakistan, prompting India to implement stricter measures. Johnson emphasised that the US stands with India against terrorism and will do everything possible to assist.

This statement marks a significant moment in Indo-US relations, reinforcing a strong partnership in counterterrorism measures.
